My[22f] roommate's[21f] boyfriend[27m] moved into out apartment without my permission

Alright so i apologize if i break any rules here its my first time posting and im not sure how to go about this.

First of all, i have known my roommate for less than a year, and we met through work. We dont work together anymore because i found a new job. But anyway we signed a 12 month lease in January for a 2 bedroom apartment. I was excited about this as id finally be moving out of my moms. Anyway, the first month wasnt bad. We got a bunch of our stuff organized and it isnt the nicest apartment or complex but it fit our budgets at the time. Her boyfriend, who i should mention was released from prison last year and is still a felon and gang member, would stay over once in a while and i didn't think anything of it as i would have some friends over here and there too. And i mean i met the guy before and he didnt seem bad but i know im an idiot for getting myself into this situation in the first place but i didn't know what i was really in for.

Anyway, The second month he started getting more comfortable. He started to invite random people over that i didn't know and this made me really uncomfortable. His "friends" would hit on me in a very sexual way and one morning, after his friends stayed over, i woke up to one of them knocking on my door and he asked if he could come lay with me in my bed. I said hell no And unfortunately i dont have locks on my bedroom door so i couldn't really do anything about that.

I was texting my roommate, because didnt wanna even leave my room, and i asked who the hell these people were and said theyre cool and she knows them. And i said its not cool with me because dont know them at all. She said that she would handle it.

For the next few weeks things werent too bad. He wasnt staying over as much or even inviting people over which was a relief. I thought the worst was over but no.

Fast forward to now, he has been arrested 2 times in the last month and is now living here full time and has his mail sent here too. Im just so mad at the fact that 1. This guy has moved in here without asking me or even caring that i live here 2. My roommate is totally careless about how i feel in this situation and 3. This guy doesnt even contribute to rent or bills. He also had about a group of people over the other night (more people i didnt know) and it just really made me mad.

I just dont know what to do about this. I know the apartment complex offers studio and 1 bedroom apartments (which i could afford either one now) so i dont know if they would let me move or what i could even do. And ive tried talking to my roommate about this but she reassures me that its fine but it absolutely is not. I feel like im a bitch if i go to the leasing office and let them know this guy is living here. But also im scared that he's gonna do something and im gonna get caught up in it because im living here too. I just need some help.

TL;DR: Roommate's felon boyfriend is living here rent free and does whatever he wants and i dont know what to do about it to cause the least amount of drama.
