Should I text a old girl I once talked to

It’s been almost 6 months since we last spoke. I took her on a date and we had sex and it went good but it didn’t go any further because she said she had a lot going on especially at that time.her ex was abusive and it was a lot for her then. I known her since high school and we ended it on good terms like it just wasn’t the right time. I’ve been thinking of her a lot recently and been wanting to text her but is this a good idea? How to stop seeking validation

I (26M) have recently been using Bumble BFF to make new friends. I had three separate meetups last night. The first two went okay, nothing special. However, the third went amazing, I can tell we're going to really click as friends. We went to the casino, went bowling, had drinks, and conversed for probably three hours. However, it's the next day and I know they're busy living their life but how do I stop needing validation about our friendship already because I haven't heard from them yet? I'll reiterate, how do I stop thinking "did they really have a good time and want to be friends even though they already told me they had a great time when they got home last night". I don't understand why I need such validation even after they made it clear they want to be besties. Is it weird that I (26M)…?

I am still single after my last (and only) dedicated girlfriend from four years ago? I was briefly in a FWB situation at the start of my second year of graduate studies in a different city. However, because of the pandemic and for financial reasons, I decided to move back home as I was able to complete my studies virtually. Looking back, I believe she (24F) caught feelings and may have missed an opportunity to stay in town to explore with her. Any advice for this 26M struggling to navigate dating now that I’m back home? Has anyone experienced anything similar? How do I move forward? Thanks! At what point have him (36M) and I (28F) slow faded?

I had sex on a third date around two weeks ago. I didn’t receive a text the next day, I ended up texting him three days after sex and expected to be ghosted. I gave him an out and asked him if he wanted to hang out again. He did so we had a fourth date. At the end of the date he talked about hanging out in a week or so and I tried to pin down a date, but he said he’d let me know his schedule. During the date too he talked about us going to another restaurant some time. Well it’s been four days and nothing. I’m not planning on reaching out because I feel like the ball is in his court and I don’t want to be the one to initiate everything. After how many days is it a fade? I would probably see him again if he asked within a week, but if it’s over a week I’ll reject or meet up and ask him what he’s looking for, since it’s probably super casual. Girl approached me at the gym and gave me some tips. I guess she was just giving me tips?, it went no further then that, but possibly because of me.

So I was working out the other day and doing some deadlifts in the smith and then some romanian splits on a bench behind the smith. After my set i went to put the weights back and the girl working out in the msith beside me approached me, i took my ear buds out and she said "hey can i give you a tip?, you dont mind?" Im like ya sure? She proceeds to say I saw you bouncing a bit while trying to set up, she shows me a way to sit on the bench then extend your leg and stand up into the split squat. She made sure to say my form was good but she just saw me setting up weird. We go back and forth I try it, she shows me it again like 2 or 3 times. We kind of chat about how we both saw a video on this and she explains how it helped her. I say thanks for the help. we go back to our workouts. I didnt ask for her name or introduce myself. Kinda made eye contact like 5 minutes later lol Now was this just her giving me a tip? She was just also doing the same workout...... Am I just a su
