I’m on both Bumble and OKCupid for the third time, trying to break out of my comfort zone because the idea of dating has always been super anxiety-inducing for me. Each time I’ve tried dating apps, I really don’t find myself attracted to anyone I see, or interested in starting a conversation. Even if they have similar interests to me, I don’t talk to them because I just don’t feel like I have anything to say. I swipe left on basically everyone, and the handful of people I do swipe right on, I never initiate anything with. I want to get past this but I really don’t know what to do.
