I mean sorta? Due to quarenteen I've been "questioning" if you can really call it that. Basically I have this weird habit (which my friend informs me is a type of anxiety?) where if I get a thought in my head, even one I know ain't true or real, it never leaves me until something takes its place. I had one intrusive thought about sex which honestly almost made me throw up and now my brain won't let go of it. Constant anxiety running through my brain like "Do you know you as well as you think you do?" And "But what if..." and with very little to do in lock-up these thoughts have nothing to be replaced with and have been plaguing my brain for a solid month or two. Because it wasn't just a normal intrusive thought either, I was having a text convo with a friend (Who doesn't know I'm ace, she didn't do this to spite me) and she mentioned about a smut book about (Sorry for the NSFW detail all you fellow sex-repulsed out there) a thr...

Ha, this reminds me of the time I was on some family trip. I was in the car with my parents and my aunt and cousins were in the car behind us. I remember getting very upset because I turned around to wave to my aunt and I saw her "drinking and driving." It was a can of Pepsi. I didn't know that the phrase only referred to alcohol. I wish I could feel like that during exercise. "Runner's high" likewise eludes me. The story reminds me that years ago, a yoga instructor once told me he had a student confide to him that she had an orgasm each time she performed ustrasana. Whenever we talk about diet and exercise, my wife has on multiple occasions talked about how she feels like her arms are too "fat" for her liking, hence wanting to lose weight. I tried conveying to her that that I like the way she looks exactly as she is right now, when she again brought up how her arms look recently. I don't have much relationship experience due to growing up rather sheltered; and my wife has a very stoic/calm demeanour. These things made me feel weird telling her what I thought about her looks (even though I intended to say I like what I see of her). I want to compliment my wife on her looks/body every now and then. I want to do this in a manner that makes her feel desired, but also feel safe and comfortable with me. I am not trying to objectify her, so I was wondering how I could do that in a tasteful manner. I don't know if this is something that is learned; but advice from more experienced people here on how I could do this would be super hel...

I've heard old people say they think the same way as they did when they were much younger. The difference is now they're in an old wrinkly body. But old men still have the same filthy minds, and still like the same young women. It's like they want to hold onto that youth. It seems to me that up to a certain young age, women only want to date their own age range and men must meet a certain threshold in physical appearance. But looks fade, and we all get old, ugly, and wrinkly eventually. So when do looks stop mattering? I'm 40, and can't imagine when/how I'd be attracted to a 70 year old, if I'm still single at that age. I'm just not wired that way, yet?
