Help needed Reddit!

Myself (29M) started going in back to work. For beginners made eye contact with this bombshell who smiled back, which is normal I guess. A few days later I see her waving subtly from her car in the parking lot while driving past me, this made me super confused, but put the seed in my head. Few days later I saw her in the break room in the wing where I work and have been exchanging the stare every now and then. Since I sit close to the break room, I for sure know that she doesn't work in my wing, yet I keep seeing her in the break room of my wing. I am totally flat by the looks she gives, and I would be lying to say that I am not into her. The hard part - I don't know her name, where she works (desk) etc and the million-dollar Question, is she even into me. If yes, how do I approach her, I have been banging my head on an opportunity to break the ice with someone unknown literally and professionally **¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯** I never tried to date anyone from work before this, but there i

High school in a nutshell, huh?

I'm currently a 17 year old high school, a senior. So I’m kind of an idiot. Around my sophomore year I began to talk to a chick we’ll call “B” and we started to have an on and off dating thing. We eventually had a *final* break up because she was one of my first girlfriend, and I had bad anxity of her cheating because she still chatted with her ex. This was also because of her sister whom we will call “R”. R had tried gotten into contact with me because she found me hot, and wanted to become FWB. I was younger, and much more dumber, I tried to talk with her and her sister found out and obvously we stopped dating. We haven’t been on good terms since, duh. But ever since our pretty bad fling, I’ve always wanted “B” Coming back to 2022, as I said, I’m a senior. R and I were FWB and had previously dated. but she had asked me if I was “getting feelings for her sister” and I told her the truth. I had told her I’d have some weeks where I’d want to, but I convinced myself it was a bad ide

How to deal with a sudden drastic change in behaviour with unkown reasons ?

Throwaway as I'd like to avoid revealing my identity. Written on mobile, sorry if formatting is going to be awful. I (31M) have been dating a 26 years old girl, whom I''ve known her for a while and we always got along well, but aside from running into each other we didn't really interact. One day I ran into her at an event and we decided to grab a cup of coffee the next day, as she had to leave. We texted the next day, didn't meet as she was feeling ill, but we've never stopped talking afterwards. Texting all day, facetiming 4-5 hours a day, and we both work fulltime, so this is a lot, even thought we also facetimed when we worked, but somehow it was never awful or boring. After our first date, we decided we wanted to continue dating and see if we keep getting along well with each other. Couple weeks have passed, went on a couple more dates only ( we're both really low on free time ), and everything seemed just perfect. In over 30 years, I've never b

How can I implement this into my relationship? I want to have a time for him and and time my self vice versa . It’s hard and I’m doing it because I worry when I am not talking to him when he is in school which causes anxiety and worry . possible boyfriend??

i know in still young so its a bit embarrassing to talk about this, but there’s this guy. we dated for a while (only weeks) in the 8th grade until he broke up with me. after then we have still kept extremely close contact until covid hit, always hinting towards a reconciliation (multiple times) but it never happened. we would constantly text and facetime over quarantine. we have just recently started talking face to face again (mid 2021-now). we are now in the 10th grade. outside of talking in school, texting, facetime: things have moved quicker. recently he has since then offered to drive me to school nearly every morning, has gotten slightly more protective, he talks to his friends about me, makes shared playlists with me on spotify, we get each other gifts, matching clothes, he listens very carefully to me, and is planning on taking me to go the movies and get food. (reminder that he has never done most of this before) is the last part considered a date? is this basically dating, l
