I'm aegosexual, so I enjoy how it feels in the moment. After I finish, I usually just go back to what I was doing and pay it no more thought, haha. I don't really feel any shame or guilt from it, it's just a thing I do sometimes when I'm bored or need to kill time while my conditioner sets in my hair.
