Never been in a serious relationship before and the thought of being in one makes me nervous.
I’m a [20M]. I dated this girl when I was in 5th grade for 3 years but as an adult, I’ve never been in a serious relationship. I’ve definitely been interested in people and went on dates but never moved past a couple dates. I drag my feet on actively pursuing a relationship because I’m a little scared that I’ll invest a lot of my time into someone and it doesn’t work out. The other part of me knows that even if a relationship doesn’t work out, you still learn things about yourself In the process, but knowing that, I still drag my feet getting into a relationship. Does anyone else go through this? Submitted June 04, 2020 at 12:15AM I’m a [20M]. I dated this girl when I was in 5th grade for 3 years but as an adult, I’ve never been in a serious relationship.
