Hello {20m} first time posting here, as with most guys here I'm also having extreme difficulties finding anyone at all, let alone a relationship. I go through the motions each morning on the dating apps, I use my likes, slog through the day, wake up with zero messages or interest, then do it all again. It's my routine now and it has been for a while now but to no effect sadly. So my question is, when dating apps/subreddits don't help at all, is there any other way or place you've had any success? I've been abused before however that's not a problem to me if that helps any. I don't care of I'm beat and hurt by someone, I simply want there to BE a someone 🌙 I want to love someone with all that I am, I get attached very fast and have a very strong fear of abandonment so I just want someone to spend the rest of my life with, someone I can make as happy as possible forever. I'm 23 and I'm interested in a girl 22 who is in a group I regularly hang out with and club with. For context she started showing signs she was into me which, after being clued in by a mate, I started to pick up on. I didn't really have her on my radar at any point other than thinking she was attractive and pleasant to be around. So basically I was talking with this girl on tinder and it was going really well. She was being really forward about meeting up when she gets home from college, and even asked for my snap. But then randomly a couple hours after asking me for my snap she unmatched with me. What I think happened is that I had read receipts on and she thought I was gonna ghost her after she asked for my snap (I was planning on responding later that night as that’s when I’m usually on tinder). I was pretty bummed out but remembered that she put her Instagram in her profile so I followed that. She hasn’t followed me back, but is it weird to send her a message on there? When you ask her to go out in the weekend and get this reply. Then on Friday you check in. We usually have like 3 threads going on at the same time. When people say they hate late replies...we talking 15 minutes later or 4 hours? During the day I'm fairly busy and can't be on my phone constantly (work and all) I've never understood this. I'm generally okay with a couple minutes between messages. I don't wanna wate hours for a text, but I get people have lives beyond a screen. So when does it become a late reply?
