I mean, it can be really damaging to your mental health to see so many people just like you succeed, but all you have is a crummy minimum wage job. Like, fight club does a really good job showing that capitalism is cranking out these radical young men who just want to have something meaningful in their life, and it's a GOOD movie that talks about this exact problem of living in a world dominated by men and still being at the bottom of society and what that can do to your mental health. But then we say "well work harder and stop crying and maybe you'll be able to reach the top!" when that's not the answer, they need creative outlets and therapy and loving relationships with other people that they can turn to when they are sad or depressed. It can be difficult, however all you need to do is breathe and ask yourself if you want to go on a date with them, if not, that's platonic attraction, and, if so, it's romantic attraction. There is a lot of grey area and you may have queer platonic attraction towards that person, so not wanting to date them, but wanting to do "romantic" stuff with them (think of it like friends with benefits, but without the sexual component), but the best way to determine the difference is to ask yourself the basic questions of attraction: do you want to date them, do you want to have sex with them (which, in this case, since you're ace, according to your flair, I would assume not), do you want to do romantic stuff with them, but not date them, do you want to have deep intellectual discussions with them, etc. February 02, 2021 at 11:50PM

You could be. Asexuality, just means you don't find people sexually attractive, it doesn't dictate if you like, dislike, or indifferent towards sex and masturbation. So, if you don't find people sexually attractive, then you are ace. You may want to read up on asexuality, the terms that are used in the community, the different forms, etc. The Asexual Wiki is a big help with getting started, it doesn't have every form of asexuality listed, but it does have information to get you started. Thx yea I hope people accept that I’m just not down for the deed all that much. The guy I talked about is damn horny and only thinks about sex. It’s a toxic mindset that I’m thankful I never got Into. But the thing is I don’t plan on telling anyone because all I see it as is celibacy for me. And I don’t want to grab the attention that other people on the asexual spectrum deserve. My parents probably wouldn’t care if I was asexual they just want children . Thank you. The other day I was on a walk with some friends and I asked what super power do you want. Naturally I chose teleportation because what 15yr old wouldn’t want to be able to be the best super spy but honestly I would try and overthrow bad world leaders but he said this with a straight face. I would have mind control so I could force someone to give me a ton of money and have a hot girl give me bjs all day while eating grilled cheese. I was disgusted sorta because I couldn’t bring myself to force someone into giving them selves away sexually that makes my head hurt fr. and that why would you not try and help other people.
