Hi guys, I guess this is not an usual topic here, but I have this sort of a problem. I can't really ask a girl out unless I get to know her a little bit better. Sometimes I would even wait to get to know a girl so well that I even develop strong feelings for her and then I usually get really hurt. It's not that I fear rejection that much. I've been rejected couple of times and I was okay with it since I made a move early on when there were no strong feelings involved. So, I don't think that's a problem. GF has a ex fwb in her friend group that’s in her hometown. They have messed around a few times the past few years prior to us dating and the most recent time was a week before we started going out . We’ve been dating for a year and a half so far and she was extremely open about this situation and they don’t hang out one on one and they aren’t close and are barely friends . I, male, cannot do that. Only once in my life I was able to kiss a new girl for the first time while being totally sober. Usually I need at the very least a couple of beers.
