I have a little bit of an idea about how she comes to the conclusion that she's asexual. She really just prefers to have fun with friends (mainly the main character circle) and is really self confident. I'm not even gonna say "she tried it and didn't like it so shes put off it forever" cause that would just go against how I believe she can be a good character without sex as a selling point (I don't know if I worded that right). After all, I already have a trans character and a lesbian/bisexual couple. Plus, I want this to be LGBTQ+ forward and I want it to appeal to everyone so thank you for giving me information on this. Why? Because to most, sex can be a huge issue. I have had friends tell me that they've gotten so horny that they had to relieve sexual attention IN PUBLIC, like, having to rush to the bathroom and take care of that. I was dumbfounded, how can people live like that? When you say you aren't interested in sex, in fact, you think it's gross, they automatically assume that because you don't live like them, you have an issue. Promise me, I fit the bill for this. I don't want sex, I don't want to date or marry, I don't want children, I don't want to settle down in life and I don't want to buy a house. I get the "but why?" thing so, so much. I can tell they are dumbfounded by what I am saying, which is a mutual feeling, considering when people talk to me about their relationship issues I am also dumbfounded. Arousal is not the same as attraction keep in mind. I am a sex indifferent asexual. I don’t feel sexual attraction, but would be willing to have sex for a few different reasons, but am also ok with not having sex ever too. I have my share of things that I am willing and unwilling to do. Bottom line is that I have and will never feel sexual attraction towards anyone or thing.
