/u/fe3o2y on I'm giving up in my relationship...

Maybe take some time apart, completely no contact, for 6 months. Don't feel guilty. Try to see what life could be on your own. Maybe you'll miss him and want a life that he can offer. Maybe you learn that you need more in your life, something that he can't give you. Neither is right or wrong, just different. You need to learn more about yourself, your wants and needs. You need to know what you'd be giving up before you make a decision for the rest of your life. You've got a big and hard decision to make. Make it now before there's too much invested. I don't envy you. Good luck. February 16, 2023 at 01:42AM

Absolute 100% beginner in need of first date advice

I (17m) have never been on a date so far in my life, but got talking with this guy (18m) and he’s asked me out for coffee on Wednesday. I think he’s funny, good looking & generally a good potential boyfriend. My problem comes here: I’m an absolute beginner in dating and don’t know how to ensure my safety meeting a guy for a date, how I should dress for coffee (I’m probably overthinking that bit) & pretty much everything. I want to be able to put my best self foreword but have struggled my whole life with being myself & creating social connections. I actually haven’t even hung out with friends in nearly a year and have been way too reclusive for too long. I’m almost worried I’ve lost all semblance of social skills. I want to lay down the groundwork for a lasting relationship, likely not too long since I don’t want to only ever have dated 1 guy, but one where he won’t get bored and want to continue dating me. My #1 concern though is safety. I’m sure he isn’t a catfish si

I don’t know what to do or where to start dating

Basically. I act in my local theater group as a hobby, I hang out around girls all the time and I haven’t dated someone before in my life. All my friends are in relationships and there are a few girls in this group who I like. Apparently one of them also liked me for a bit but gave up and now she is dating someone else. I don’t want to mess up like this again, do you have any advice? (I want to be in a relationship but I don’t want to force anything because that’s bad) Submitted February 16, 2023 at 12:14AM Basically. /u/AroAce94 on Is it normal to feel disgusted by kissing?

It is totally fine to not like it, I personally also very much dislike it. February 15, 2023 at 11:32PM
