If you're 14 and nothing you're looking at is literally illegal (and I mean actual illegal images of real people, not like dark written works) I wouldn't worry too much about being 'addicted' to explicit content. It's normal to be horny at that age, it's the hormones. So long as you bear in mind that explicit content is fictional and relationships with other people are real and you shouldn't treat real relationships like the plot of explicit content it's fine to indulge. Explicit content and standard romantic content is a safe way of exploring your boundaries and what feels right to you, and then when you're more confident you can try and explore that with real people.
