At what point have him (36M) and I (28F) slow faded?

I had sex on a third date around two weeks ago. I didn’t receive a text the next day, I ended up texting him three days after sex and expected to be ghosted. I gave him an out and asked him if he wanted to hang out again. He did so we had a fourth date. At the end of the date he talked about hanging out in a week or so and I tried to pin down a date, but he said he’d let me know his schedule. During the date too he talked about us going to another restaurant some time. Well it’s been four days and nothing. I’m not planning on reaching out because I feel like the ball is in his court and I don’t want to be the one to initiate everything. After how many days is it a fade? I would probably see him again if he asked within a week, but if it’s over a week I’ll reject or meet up and ask him what he’s looking for, since it’s probably super casual.
