Friend(F24) pf four years went off the grid and did not respond to anything

Hi all. Hope this post makes sense. So Saturday? Friend ( Call her A) is blowing up our chat, acting normal. She was responsive to everything. Then Sunday night, she removes herself from our chat groups. Even the old ones that are inactive 1 yr plus. This is super odd. She’s never done this. So I text her.

No response. I text again Monday and Tuesday. While I’m wondering what she’s up to, I ask other friends B(f, 24) and C(F, 24). B is A’s first cousin. They grew up together. C is A’s best friend from end of middle school until now. A has also been unresponsive and has not answered any phone calls from us. C went by her house but no one was home. She’s been shown as active on FB so I know her phone is still on.

Finally she texted Wednesday!! But only a couple sentences, explaining that she’s alive and thanking me for checking up on her. I’ve tried texting more, but she is unresponsive again. C is the type to go away from social media once in a while but never to this point. Makes me worried that she might have depression or something.

I feel like the best thing to do is to give her space until she reaches out to us. What else can I do?
