I’m self conscious about my PPP. How do I fix them?

I have lived with PPP (Pearly Penile Paupules) my entire life and I just hate the sight of them. I feel so ugly with them and I’m so self conscious about them. If you don’t know what they are exactly, their small white bumps around the underside of the head of the penis. They are absolutely ugly. I don’t know how rare they are but I assume they are because I never hear anyone else mention them.

I’m 17 so pretty much everyone in my age group is all super curious about sex and we are all very open about it but I almost never as because of these. Even if I end up in a relationship with a girl, she’ll think their ugly or assume their genital warts or some other STI and I will have to explain them and she’ll just make me feel embarrassed.

I have seen many methods such as burning them off with a soldering iron which looks to be the most popular way of doing it as home but I ain’t willing to do that shit, I’m no doctor. I’m just dreading the day I do happen to lose my virginity one day and she’ll laugh or just not look interested. I’m just so embarrassed about them.

Any advice
