My boyfriend is heartbroken because he hasn’t made me (f) finish yet. (But it’s extremely hard for even me to do it!)

My boyfriend feels like he’s letting me down and I really just wish I could help reassure him. He is so patient with me and tries so hard, but feels like he isn’t doing anything right and he just gets so down in himself. My clit is about averagely sensitive I’d say and I’m physically able to orgasm, however it just takes forever and I have to almost have full concentration and complete focus in order to do so.
