Is it worth it?

My husband (m 33) of 3 years (on and off relationship for 14 years) told me that he loves me me but is not in love with me and that he wants to “break it off” to find himself. I (f33) told him, I still love him and want to work it out in therapy, he refused. He was adamant that he gave me “his blessing” to start dating. Well, as his text get delivered to our Mac book, I was able to see the text exchange between him and a woman he is now flirting with. He gave her details about our relationship and disclosed that I am “toxic” and the woman laughed. We have a 9 year old who has not experienced us not being together and he (husband) stated that he does not want things to change for our son. I have all the feelings right now and also don’t know how to feel. People are advising me that he will come to his senses. However, I’m not sure It’s worth it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

TL;DR Husband claimed love but not in love. Gave his “blessing” to date. He is already involved with some one and they are laughing at me in their texts. Im being adviced to be patient with him.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
