What am I missing?

To put it bluntly, I'm a "Chad" among my peers. Everyone knows who I am, and there isn't anybody that seems to dislike me. I've been told I have an above average physique and looks, people know me for being smart and funny. I carry myself with a good amount of confidence and take care not to be narcissistic. Almost all girls I know seem to be comfortable around me and enjoy just me being there. Despite all this, whenever I get a girlfriend, which I've rarely been turned down, they get "scared off" within a week of when we start dating. I've tried and tested different approaches and ways to act around them but nothing stops it from happening. If someone could shine some insight into why this is happening I'd be pretty grateful.
Edit: What happens is, around one to three days will go by, we'll talk to each other and hang out a healthy amount. But then with almost no warning, she'll say something along the lines of "I don't feel like we're right together" or, "I don't feel like I'm ready to date right now." They very well could feel that way, but it seems pretty unlucky that it's happened in every relationship so far.
