Not sure if to keep trying with her or not.

I (21M) asked this cashier that i had been seeing in my local shop regularly (21F) "if she'd like to get to know eachother better", she said yeah and we agreed to meet after her shift that night. We meet up talk a bit and learn a bit about eachother and we follow eachother on instagram and before we're about to go our separate ways and say goodnight I ask if she'd like to meet up again (keeping in mind we only talked for 15 mins that night) she says yeah and to message her. I message her the next day in the afternoon asking her if we're still on for tonight. She didnt reply and two days later i saw her in the shop and from her reaction when we talked she seemed like she did actually forget to go on the app and she still looked at me sexually, replied on insta saying "hey, sorry i completely forgot to go on here x" so I try asking her out again and she asks if we could do it another night cause she isnt feeling that well, she told me she was working the next day so i asked her if she'd like to meet after work for a bit and didnt get a reply. A week later I see her in the shop again and at this moment I was thinking "fuck it im not even trying anymore", I go to pay and she still kept looking at me and all that (like the way she acts she seems interested, not just polite or whatever) I didnt say much, she messages me like 15 mins later "oh you did message, sorry didnt think youd reply, this is my number if u have texts, better way to get hold of me", I text her that i got her message and if she's free in two days, she says yeah she is and i ask her if around 10pm is good for her she says yeah its fine, i message her on the day and i dont get a reply..

I havent sent her a text after she didnt reply last time, I was thinking of saying something like "Ive tried asking you out 3 times, i just feel like im getting rejected, just be honest with me what do you wanna do?" but I'm wondering if it's too "psycho" or straight on to send to someone that you've practically only just met (keeping in mind the story above has been going on since the 25th of april, and i sent her the last text 4th of May. Ngl I dont go out that often anymore and mainly stick to hanging out w my friends after breaking up with my ex, been about 2 months now, and i dont see that many girls that catch my eye but there's something about this one.

TL;DR this girl seems interested but she takes days to text back, i've asked her out 3 times over message cause i dont see her that often and she never replies on time, thinking of asking her "Ive tried asking you out 3 times, i just feel like im getting rejected, just be honest with me what do you wanna do?"
