No kiss on third date?

Ok so here is the story I (32M) and her (27F): i meet this girl on instagram. We texted for a bit and than she said why wouldn´t i invite her for drink, so i did. We went for a drink, talked about our passed relationships and about ourselfs. I ask for second date, she agree. Because it was showing rain she even suggests to meet her at her place (but was strictly plan B she said). So we meet in city for ice cream. I asked her for third date, she agree. It passed 3 weeks (she ad a lot of work), we didnt text much (she does not like that so much) and today we meet for 3rd time. Thing is everytime we meet, we are only 2 hours together. She is buisy. So, we just talked about ourselfs and than she had to go...i didn´t go for a kiss because i panic. I did ask her if she is free to go out again and she agrees. I was so mad that i didnt go for a kiss (it was 11 in the morning). But when we were at drink i didnt know if she is into me or not...if we meet 3rd time, and she agrees on 4th time, i guess she has interest in me? And yes, i will go for a kiss this time, because if i dont, i will just jump over a bridge :D. Also one thing...i do not know how to approach for kiss...what to say...should i just stare and get closer and kiss or is there any good tip? I just need cheer up and some advice...i am really a bit confused/down because this. Any pat on the back?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
