How to follow up a good first date if she will be gone all summer?

I had a first date last night with a girl I met online. I feel like we really hit it off and had a fun time we both even stated interest in seeing each other again, but the issue is she will gone all summer (basically off the grid) and we don't have time to go out again before she leaves. I would really like to continue seeing her but I feel like after after how many months later, whatever spark there was may be gone. Is there even a good way to go about this?
