How would you react if a girl you were in to is a virgin?

Let's say you meet a girl you like and you're about to have sex and she tells you that she is a virgin. How would you react? Would you be turned off and not proceed because you think she will be clingy afterwards? Or because of the blood afterwards? Or would you be okay with it since this is a girl you like. Let's say the reason she is a virgin is not religious at all and is because she became attractive/confident later in life.

Should a girl in her mid 30s who is a virgin even bother telling a guy she'd like to sleep with that she is a virgin? From what I've gathered it seems 50% of guys are cool with sleeping with a virgin and the other half are not because of reasons ranging from: they don't want to be the girl's "sex teacher", they are afraid she'll be clingy...etc.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
