Need Advice on how to approach a situation. Myself (20m) and Classmate (18f)

So I(20) met this girl(18) in one of my classes in College this spring semester I was forced to take as a transfer student. I thought she was really cool we did an Icebreaker thing the first day and found out we had a lot in common so on and so on. Over the course of the semester I started to catch feelings for this girl so I spent like 80% of the semester trying to simply befriend her outside of the class. It started out as simple shooting the sh*t after class for about five minutes to at times spending hour chatting in the common area before one of us decided we needed to go home. Eventually I friended her on FB and stuff under her belief it was for the class so we could communicate via Messenger if needed. I never expressed any of my feelings towards I always played the humble nice guy. But throughout the semester she'd call me out in class on things and make fun of me for being older than her. And she eventually got to the point of telling me personal life problems in our conversations. And after the semester ended she started liking the most random things I post on social media.

So now we are two weeks removed from the end of the semester and I don't know how to go about talking to her outside of the public setting. Also I'm a bit gun shy about doing anything because of a friend's parent that's the girl I like's co-worker telling her about me liking her without me knowing. Because said friend told their parents about how I know this girl. But I got valued info from it that scares me too. The girl I like fears the age gap between us which is only 2 years.

So I have no clue what to do. I want to talk to her but I'm gun shy about it. I don't know how to approach talking to her and I don't know how I feel that I'm might already be walking in to this 2 steps behind. And I have no clue if she has any interest in me because of her fears of the age gap.

So I'm looking for advice on how to approach this without it being weird.

TL/DR: I like this girl from a class last semester that I befriended. But don't know how to approach it because of a few setbacks. Or if I should even approach it.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
