How can I not online date?

I know people keep asking this, where you can meet people besides online?

I'm too tired to have much of a social life. I have some medical (mostly sleep disorders) issues that really cut into my life, so don't get out much. I sleep for a long time, have no energy, have an unpredictable shifting schedule, and mental fog. It doesn't make meeting people in real life easy... I'm not out in the work force either.

For someone who's average looking at best and very shy, it's impossible to meet a guy (33/f) anywhere besides online dating bc it's easy to just log on no matter what time/how tired I am.

But my experience with online dating has been pretty terrible. I hate it. And I'm not into hook up culture. At all.

Any ideas? Or am I stuck if I want to date?

And I'm not being "too picky", I don't think? Am just looking for a decent human being around my own age, who it looks like I might grow some degree of attraction to. Since this isn't a platonic relationship.

That's really my only "standards". I don't care about job, height, whatever.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
