Family in the house

My husband and I just got into an argument because I was texting my siblings that we were going to go out to dinner. My brother and two sisters and niece are visiting for Memorial Day weekend. I only get to see my brother once a year because he lives so far away, so I was trying to be considerate and let him know we wouldn’t be back to our house after taking our kid to the park. My husband was all upset, because he didn’t see why I was checking in. And was like, they’ve been here all weekend, cant we have a moment alone? And then we didn’t even go out to dinner because he was in such a sour mood. It’s like he doesn’t want my family around, he has either been out of the house or “hiding” in his office all weekend. I can’t have alone time with someone who isn’t here. Am I being unreasonable to be annoyed with my husband?
