Anxiously attached folks- what are some benefits of having this style?

Are there any? I am a firm believer of the weakness in strength theory, so am certain that if meditated over this long enough, we’d realise some things that this attachment style has actually helped us with. Maybe at work? Maybe in helping us become more resilient? What do yall think?!
