Looking for second date ideas

So I met this girl at school (university) and one day got the courage to ask her out for coffee which we did do a couple days ago, and to be honest (I know it's only one date and there's still lots to learn about her) I've never been more excited about the possibilities with someone than after that coffee date.

We've already agreed to a second date, but haven't discussed time/activity yet. She's a relatively quiet texter, but in person she's not an awkward conversationlist at all, so I'd love something for a second date where we can talk more and possibly develop a deeper connection. Does anyone have suggestions besides just like, dinner? Cause that's all I can think of, but I really want to make an impression on this girl, she's really something special.
