sister is trying to hook me up with her friends, but i’m not attracted to her at all and i’m leading her on so hard by being nice. how do i, like, let her down

title sums it up basically. i get a call from my sis and they’re drunk, we talk for a minute and she tells me something, then after i get a text saying her friend thinks i’m cute. normally i go in and get it when something like this happens, but i’m not attracted to this girl at alllll. my sister asks if i think she’s cute, and i know they’re in the same room so i’m not gonna say no. i say yeah and then she hits me up on snapchat, we talk for a bit and i flirt and do my thing, i’m thinking that this would be good practice or something. she says how we should meet up next time i’m down there and in like “yeahhh for sure” then she wants to facetime and i give her my num and say after i shower. i shower and think about this and realize how fucked up id feel if someone did this to me. then i see on my sisters story how “my brothers gonna date my friend and we’re gonna be sisters” or something and i’m just like nahhhhhh. how do i say i’m not interested without hurting her?

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
