Girl (F21) very into me (M20) but has boyfriend

So I've been working at a fast food place for about 4 months now and a girl there has really been into me the whole time. During the beginning though she was much more agressive than she is recently though maybe because I haven't really reciprocated until more recently. Over the time shes said things like yell he's so handsome, tell me to stop being so pretty, show off her ass to me, grind on the gay guy while staring me in the eye. Say she was going to marry me, among intense flirting and many other signs. I've had anxiety from these things so I never really reciprocated even though I liked her a lot. Recently though I've overheard her talking about her boyfriend who for a while I wasn't sure she had saying things like she wants to marry him and he has her heart. I think he came in with her one time and everytime I looked up he was staring at me giving me a dirty look. She came up and introduced him to me as her uncle even though I'm positive it was her BF since he was probably younger than me. Should I just forget about this girl, but on second thought it's so rare for me to find a girl I'm really attracted to. Everyone I've explained the situation to with more detail than this post says she 100% into me and I should ask her out.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
