How do you know if you’ve met the “one” or at least someone worthwhile to keep dating?

In my experience I’ll start getting to know someone and dating and the honeymoon period is amazing and I like them but just around the 3-4 month period, I find out all the things wrong with them and the relationship and I end the relationship. I’ve done this in every relationship I’ve been! Idk if I’m too picky or I’m just picking the wrong guys or maybe I’m being harsh. I’m not perfect by any means but I can’t seem to find a guy who I think is solid and I can actually see myself wanting to have a future and do life with.
