What do I write on a profile?

I am going to try OLD so I am picking photos and stuff and I am bit puzzled on what to write about my goals. English is neither my first nor second language, that makes it even harder.

I am 39m, had been married for 16 years, no dating for many-many years, all my dating happened in a different and a very conservative country. I am also quite conservative myself, but I am really progressive for my home country 😀

I am looking for relationship, e.g. I don’t think I would be comfortable with having sex on the first date (but I think by date 3 I should be familiar enough with a new person). I also don’t think I would be comfortable having several relationships at once, but I understand I should not expect the same. How do I say “serial monogamist” so I don’t sound weird?

Another problem - what should I say/write about kids? I have a shared custody over 2 boys, love them, they are an important part of my life. Will not introduce them to new women unless we move in together or something on that scale.

I would like to have more kids, but I would need to really be certain the mother would be a person I want to live with till the child grows up - I don’t want the repeat of my separation. Do I say I want kids? Or not? I understand that for some women this is a really important question so I don’t want to mislead (but I still want to meet someone who wants to start a real family).

On the topic of kids - I am comfortable around them, sometimes I would setup a playdate or something like a kids’ boardgame night. I would be absolutely comfortable and supportive if the person I meet has kids. I am not too eager to become a step-dad - but I am definitely ok spending evening in a house with some kids. Is there some way to word this?
