See what happens or conclude early? (17M)

With the conclusion of junior year coming really soon, I’ve run into the stressful reality of senior year coming, my final year being in my hometown for quite a while. I’ve been dating this girl for almost 2 months now and truly, we’ve hit it off in a very excellent manner. Extremely kind, sweet, funny, just an amazing individual. Only issue is that she is a grade level below me, which means when I graduate she will still be here. I’ve settled on colleges that are a rather good distance away from my hometown, so seeing her would be a rarity. Such distance is a big stressor for me, as I’ve never been good at a long distance relationship. My freshman year of university and her senior year of high school, two extremely valuable years in developing memories and opportunities being at a large. Neither of us want to hold each other back, but at the same time neither one of us want to go our separate ways. My graduation is only one year away, which creates a good time span for us, but such time feels more like an expiration date before we are forced onto separate ways. I’m determined to follow my aspirations as much as she is determined to follow hers, so we wouldn’t cause each other to destroy the plans we had. The question I have is, do I spend this year with her, or do we separate on mutual terms soon so we don’t become more attached than we already are. As much as I would want to be with her, neither one of us want to hold each other back from experiencing what these important years have to offer. This question has been stressing me for a decent time, I just need some views to help me arrange some form of plan.
