Is it wrong for me to not tolerate my spouses music anymore?
So I love my husband very much, and I know it’s important to love them for who they are. But my husband listens to almost nothing but...wait for it...Super hero movie soundtrack music. Like the music they play when the superhero comes riding in to save the day. He has always listened to this sometimes, and although it is the most dull, awkward music to listen to driving in a car, I would usually deal with it, since he would also play some other good music we both liked mixed in with it. But lately, since the Endgame movie, he has become 100 times nerdier, and he is always listening to it, even in the house now. And almost nothing but that in the car. I’ve told him to please stop and I’m tired of it, and even his friends and family tell him it’s the most awful thing to listen to, but he is done obbssesed. I have told him he is not to play it in the car anymore, and if he does I’m bringing headphones to listen to my own music, which is upsetting to him. Maybe I am just being impatient, but I feel like enough is enough! I can’t take that doo da da dooo music anymore. Anyone have any experiences like this or advice?
