Is there something wrong with me?

Hello, I (F/21) have been dating for a while and I am feeling very discouraged.

I know I'm still young and have "lots of time" or whatever, but I feel there is a pattern. I will start talking to guys or even meet them and things will go well for a few days or a few weeks and then either we stop talking or the guy comes up with a reason to end things like "I'm not ready for a relationship" or whatever. They always insist it has nothing to do with me if there is a reason, or we mutually stop talking slowly over time. At this point I feel like it has to be something about me or my personality, so every time it happens I get more and more discouraged. I was really into this guy a few weeks back and it happened again, so I'm extra bummed. Could somebody offer some advice?
