Ladies do you really expect someone to agree to a relationship before meeting? Men do any of you actual do this?

I've had several women tell me they want a relationship pirior to meeting. Thats fine, but they keep pushing that there has to be a relationship and repeating themseleves over and over that they are looking for a relationship and some even go further to say they been used /abused in the past.

I am looking for a relationship. Yet I have zero ability to agree to any relationship before i meet someone for the first date. I can't decided if i want to make things offical for a few dates in. I feel like any guy who agrees to this before meeting the person is insensire and just tells the girl whatever she wants to hear. Im courious to see others input on this?
