4 Months in it was over

So, we were dating for 4 months. I took it slowly in the beginning and in her pace as I knew she was stressed about it. She raised first the exclusive issue 1.5 months in, she invited me to a holiday dinner at her brother's house, and she wanted to plan a weekend outside the city. We had plans through July. I'm not originally from the US and my parents came to visit, asked if she's into meeting them and it's totally chill and she doesn't have to. She said she would love to. She went for a vacation for a week and was sick, and wasn't that communicative as before, but wrote she's excited to meet my parents. The day before they arrived we hanged out for 3 hours and everything seemed to be cool, no hints. 2 hours after I told my parents about her she met me and said that she thought about it while she was away and felt that I want to take it to the next level and she don't see it as a long term, and she just love to hangout with me I said that sometimes people don't see eye to eye in their expectations and that's OK - but of course the overthinking about it left me with a million questions and maybe it was impulsive and rushed decision, as she told me before she's sometimes indecisive. I'm waiting at least till my parents leave, but should I reach out after?
