With Dating Sites Littered By Men Who Pretend To Want a Relationship To Hookup, Where Can I Find Serious Men?

So my experience with online dating has been that 95% of the guys online pretend to want a serious relationship, but in the end never wanted that at all. I've shared my dating stories with friends and often times my friends tell me another girl they know had the same experience, and sure enough its the same guy. They head online to "date" because they know you don't have anyone in common with them so they can say and do whatever they want to hookup.

I don't hookup right away, but a lot of non-serious guys like this as they like the chase. I don't even get men ghosting after we hookup, they just get obsessed, but never commit. So I walk away.

Where is the best place to find serious men 32+, but less than 45? I'm tired of guys saying and acting like they want a relationship, but then finding out they don't after I've invested several months.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
