My (19F) boyfriend (19M) is not interested in me anymore

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 1/2 years and I don’t know where to begin to solve our problems.

The first problem is that I make $13/per hour and he makes $15.80/per hour, but I pay almost all the bills. I pay rent $700, gci (internet) $175, car insurance $230, grocery $250, etc. I brought this up to him because I’m barely getting by with $121 left each month. He told me that he thought he paid more, so I made a list and he only pays power $85-$105 per month. He said, “Well, I pay for date night most times so I don’t think I should pay you half of bills.”

The second problem is our sex life. We used to be sexually active 4-5 days per week, but it’s been 3 months now since we’ve done anything sexual. I’ve pushed and pushed and still nothing. I asked him about this and he said, “I’m not sure, but it’s all me, not you.”

The third problem is laziness. I used to work 4 days per week and on my days off, I would clean the house and reorganize. I now work nights 5 days per week, and he works nights 4 days per week. I’ve asked him to help me clean or at least clean up a little on his days off, but he usually just plays video games.

He plays video games all of the time and I’m not sure if that could be a reason why he seems uninterested in me.

He makes fun of me and calls me names, and he just doesn’t know when to stop, even when I tell him that it hurts my feelings.

He doesn’t seem depressed, so I don’t know where to begin to discuss these issues.

TL;DR: My boyfriend of 3 1/2 years doesn’t seem interested in me anymore. I pay the bills and he doesn’t feel like he should pay half of them. Our sex life sucks, we haven’t done anything sexual in 3 months. He’s lazy and doesn’t help me clean. Advice on how to discuss these issues?
