Two great dates, odd behavior, reading into it too much (!?)

Getting public opinion on this one. Match (29M) on Tinder with her (31F), about fifty-fifty sharing the conversation for a few days before suggesting a bar meetup, five hour date, she initiates kissing, gut says great date

Second date, bike ride in the city, plan was to go to the museum but we spend so much time talking in the park and restaurant that we decide to keep talking, seven hour date, decline to come inside her house and i say we should keep seeing each other, she agrees, both go for the kiss, gut says this is a good connection

After both dates, she updates her profile with specific information- first one, says not into hookups or if you’re only passing through the city (i live thirty miles out), second time she says lets go bike ride in the city and have long conversations. Considering each update was the day after, feels like it was specific to our dates. Also, after each date, texting conversation is more like eighty-me-twenty-her

I could go on and on about how we’re both busy and I actually prefer she’s not glued to her phone with lots of texting. I really like her, but the sudden drop off suggests she’s lost interest or I’m being sidelined. No response after me asking if she was feeling better after a busy weekend. Usually I pursue beyond reasonable effort- thoughts are asking for a third date, and asking to be exclusive? The heart says shoot your shot, gut says she’s moved on
