Is there a term for this pattern of behavior?

Person A hurts Person B's feelings. Person B gets upset and talks about why they are hurt. Person A is now upset with Person B because of how Person B expressed their feelings.

It's not really victim blaming because Person A takes responsibility for the initial hurting of their partner, and it's not gas lighting because Person A isn't saying Person B is nuts for feeling that way. But Person A is still turning the tables in a way, because he takes offense at how Person B coped with being hurt by Person A ! Is there a term for this phenomenon/dynamic?
