Preparing for the worst or the best during reconciliation?

Me 32m and my wife 32f are in the midst of a divorce but are willing to try saving our marriage. She is the one who filed. We have been together for 14 years, married 6, and have 2 young children. Neither one of us has cheated in the past. We recently Were put on a reconciliation calendar through the courts That we both obviously agreed on.The thing is I’ve been going at our relationship showing her the person I will be. I only focus on making things better for the both of us and our children. My question is why she is always preparing for the worst possible outcome And still distancing herself from me.I know there are trust issues that she has with me But at the same time she says she’s willing to try and save our marriage. I questioned her actions on why she would prepare for the worst and not prepare for the best if she is really committed to reconciling. Has anybody been in a situation like this before? Any advice is much appreciated
