Scared I hurt vagina after masturbating.

I'm a 24F, I'm using a throwaway account cause I'm scared and embarrassed.

I was masturbating earlier and stupidly tried to use a big object when I wasnt very lubricated, a hair brush , I used a sock as a barrier and I got it in and I think I went too rough.

It's been 3 hours and I'm kind of spotting, and my vagina feels weird and "loose" and like its falling or slipping.

Only thing I could find is prolapse. But I heard it's rare to do during masturbation, I'm scared and have no health insurance.

Has anyone experienced this before?
