Female masturbation guilt?

So married lady here (35y.o.) unfortunately due to a heavy work load, kids, and health conditions my hubby isnt interested or available for sex as often as I would like, need, and want. He is aware I would like more sex. So to get some relief I purchased a penguin clitoral stimulator toy. And it is awesome! Highly recommend! Anyway this thing works for me in under 2 minutes and I sneak it in to my day 2 or 3x a day. But he doesn't know. I want to mention it but he has a shitty attitude towards me masterbating. We went through a rough patch a few years ago where sex was nonexistent due to him having a porn addiction. He was able to overcome that and have a normal sex/masturbation balance. If he needs to whatever, I get sometimes guys need a quick release. So how do i tell him i am? I'm not turning down sex if offered and i dont prefer the toy. It's just nice to have it for when hes unavailable. Any advice?
