I think about my bf's ex when I masturbate

This has been going on for weeks and whenever I masturbate i always find myself thinking of the same girl. I've met her before and she's very nice (not to mention a VERY nice body). I've had issues with and still struggle with jealousy.

Whenever I see her in real life I cant stop myself from thinking how much happier my boyfriend would be with her and I despise her for it, but when I get home and start masturbating shes the only thing that fills my thoughts. I've talked to my boyfriend about how I feel inferior to her and he has reassured me several times that he would rather be with me, but I never really believe it. I have never told him I think about her when I masturbate, and I dont intend to.

Does this mean I'm a lesbian? When me and my boyfriend have sex I always enjoy it but when I'm alone masturbating I always think about her. Is there any reason this may be happening ?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
