My (21F) boyfriend (22M) can't cum during sex for the last 5-6 months

My boyfriend has difficulties cumming during sex. He was able to cum in me once in a while but in the last 5-6 months, he can only reach an orgasm through a handjob. I think he stopped trying to orgasm during sex because he "just never gets to that point" so I just give him a handjob to finish him.

When we first noticed the issue, he'd try not to masterbate for a bit before we did anything. It seemed like he was actively trying to make himself cum during sex and it would work occasionally. Now it seems like he doesn't really care and would prefer to finish through a handjob.

We still enjoy having sex but I wanna know if it's appropriate to voice my concerns to him because I know that pressuring him can make this situation worse. It does make me feel a little self-conscious, but I never really told him because I know it doesn't really help him. Now I just don't know if I should leave this problem and continue to have sex this way, or if I should try to encourage him to orgasm through vaginal penetration even though he doesn't seem like he cares if he's finishing through a handjob.
