How do I stay turned on with another guy and my girlfriend?

Me and my girlfriend have been discussing a threesome because she wants to be got at from both ends. Obviously I can't do this alone so another dude is required. But I'm not comfortable being sexual with another guy , not only that but it would be a turnoff and possibly a distraction. What's a good way to give my girl what she wants while still staying erect ? We decided that 2 guys getting at her, neither one of them being me would be a bit out of the realm of possibilities for us both. Any serious advice is welcome!

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.
