Religion, sex and dating

Thought 1:

After how long do you think any of it matters to fuck? I normally date, and I have sex. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not the type of guy to only fuck. I'm a hopeless romantic and I hate it. I start to fall for them and then have sex only to have my heart broken by them. I've heard from several people that being a hopeless romantic is a terrible thing for a guy, why do people think this way? Why sex in all this? I'm only human, I love sex as much as the next person. I've not dated a girl that didn't wan't to have sex. I haven't dated a girl that didn't want to eventually wait 3 dates and bone. I'm cool with not for a while, but almost always ended with the "try before you buy." deal. but when I hear "I'm waiting till marriage" I can tell right there, they are likely prudish. Thought 2:

The religion thing, I'm honestly so sick of people telling me that they are a CHRISTIAN or something, you know the only religion that speaks louder than a Christian are Atheists? Everytime I talk to an Atheist they are all like "LOL, religion! I'm better than that because I'm a not a loser who needs something to believe in! I'm my own person!" Why the person who is all in religion is like "I NEED SOMETHING TO BELIEVE IN AND THE BIBLE, WHICH WAS CREATED 2000 YEARS AGO, oh and there's no such thin as dinosaurs, no such think as anything unless the BIBLE said so! Oh, and sex before marriage? No! my fair tale tells me that I HAVE to follow it! Or I'll goto hell!"

Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing religion, I've just ran into enough nut cases that throw me for a loop.

My point is that I just don't get how dating works anymore, why do we need so many rules to dating when we should just make our own rules? Also, please don't be a dick when you answer me, I'm just thinking right now.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
