Planing a date is boring, and I’m confused

I kind of still want to date this woman.. we agreed to go hiking it was raining so I said maybe next week, she said yea next week but then the convo dragged on.. what are you doing later I forget who asked I said I wasn’t sure her neither, and I left it on seen apologized a day later said it was that I had to spend Mother’s Day that day, asked how she was doing and if she still wanted to go next sat some days later and she agreed, then On that day I asked when a good time was because she had work in the morning but said she still wanted to go and she textd me way later in the day saying she had to run some errands but wwas now home so I asked if she wanted to do something else instead because I was planning to go to a show later she said maybe then asked if I was going with anybody then told me to let her know when I was on my way so I did and she never showed up next day she texts me she had something with family and asked me how it went, txting someone to tell you when your on your way implies that your going right??I got the impression she did that on purpose as a game or test it just seemed to me like she really dragged it out txting me and used my excuse from last week, second thoughts?? Maybe I’m just lame at txting??
