Girl[19M] often Initiates Text Conversation, but Rarely Attempts to Continue it

Generally speaking she starts the conversation greater than 75% of the time. Since this a mix of Snapchat and Texts, about 90% of the texts starts with meme(s). Even though she may begin the many of our text conversations, she often appears to make no attempt to continue, kind of. Because often I’ll receive the meme or video and I’ll make some clever remark. Then she will say “hahaha yes” or “haha that’s so true”. Then I’m like great gotta move this convo further or end it. But I don’t really wanna end it in her saying haha because I feel like that would be kind of dropping the ball mid convo. My current strategy at this point is either wait multiple hours or a day to drop a fresh meme or do another witty comment and pray not to get another “hahaha omg so accurate” But generally speaking even if she’s not romantically interested, does anyone know how to respond to this situation where texts are initiated but not 50 50 contribution following it.

Some background: She is actually very sociable irl easily a 10 personality wise . Idk why online her online way of adding to the convo is sharing of images. Since our schedules never intersect we have few interactions in person beyond occasional group hangouts, She really has no obligation to text me b/c we don’t interact daily or even every other day.
